Preparing for Your Appointment

What to Bring and Expect

After securing an appointment at J&J Antiques and Collectables, you will receive an access code to enter The Paragon building. This code, along with the driver’s license of the driver, will be required by the guard at the gate. Once parked, enter the building and check in at the reception kiosk, where each attendee will need to present a driver’s license, ID, or passport for registration in the building’s access system. Afterward, proceed through security checks and take the lift to the first floor. Exiting the lift, turn right at the security turnstile and then left down the first passage. Our shop entrance is conveniently located as the first door on your left.

Upon arrival, our J&J receptionist will warmly welcome you and offer refreshments as you await your appointment time. When ready, you’ll be guided to the J&J Shop Manager’s office, where our expert team will assist you through the valuation and offer-to-purchase process. If you choose to accept our offer, the J&J team will initiate immediate payment, ensuring that the funds are reflecting in your account before you leave, along with a copy of your purchase receipt for your records.

Please note that we cannot accept certain items for sale or valuation, including war uniforms, antique mining items, vintage signs, and antique fire station items. Additionally, we are unable to process vintage telephones, model cars, train sets, binoculars, cameras, clocks, figurines, safes, telescopes, paintings, and any vintage motor vehicles or motorcycles.
